Our new Lunchtime Concert series launches with an exciting six-piece jazz group paying tribute to Art Blakey's seminal forging-ground for future players, the Jazz Messengers.

Featuring Steve Fishwick one of the UK and Europe’s finest jazz trumpet players, Winston Clifford (voted best UK jazz Drummer 2018) and pianist John Horler who worked closely with Pete King, Tommy Whittle and Tony Coe and was pianist with Sir John Dankworth and Cleo Laine for twenty years.
The Sextet plays music by Benny Golson, Curtis Fuller, Freddie Hubbard and many more.
