Maafa 21: Black Genocide in 21st Century America is a documentary that explores the history of eugenics and its impact on Black communities in the United States. The film, produced by Life Dynamics in 2009, argues that the eugenics movement, which sought to control the population through selective breeding and sterilization, evolved into modern-day abortion policies disproportionately affecting African Americans.

The title "Maafaa" is a Swahili term meaning "great disaster" or "catastrophe", referring to the transatlantic slave trade and its lasting effects. Maafa 21 connects this historical oppression to present-day issues, claiming that organizations like Planned Parenthood continue a legacy of racial targeting under the guise of reproductive rights.

The documentary presents interviews, archival footage, and research to support its perspective, making a controversial case that abortion is being used as a tool of systemic racism. While the film has been embraced by pro-life advocates, it has also faced criticism for its claims and historical interpretations.
