Thomas Downey High School Class of 1961
Greetings and salutations!
You are cordially invited to Modesto, California's T.D.H.S. Alumni Class of 1961 periodic luncheon. The date is Wednesday, October 8th, 2025, beginning at 11:30 a.m. We gather at “The Secret Garden” restaurant, located at 2401 East Orangeburg and Oakdale Road. Spouses or friends from Downey are always welcome. Our luncheon is an informal event. The food is tasty and reasonably priced! Each person is responsible for the cost of their lunch and beverage. So, “come on down, and remember the date. We look forward to seeing you.
By the way, here is another invitation. The Class of '61 also has an informational website to access on your computer. It is located on Facebook. Once you are there, follow these steps:

2. Search and open “Thomas Downey High School Alumni Class of 1961”
3. Look for the small round picture showing the “Kights” logo in the upper corner and right-click it. Sometimes, you need to click it twice. A photo of the entry to Downey High will then be visible. Scroll down the page for earlier pictures and information.
