? Check-In: West side of the school at the Joint Use Park entrance
We can’t wait to welcome our families for an afternoon of food, fun, and community! Here’s your guide to making the most of it:
? Decide What to Eat
• Pack your favorite lunch from home ?
• Grab takeout for your child’s favorite meal
• Or enjoy a school lunch (students only)
? If you can’t attend, you may send food through delivery to the Joint Use check-in. No office drop-offs. Please remind your child to pick it up at the check-in desk. ???
? Bring Your Seating
• Blanket, lawn chair, or picnic mat—make your spot comfy!
? Stay Cool
• Shade will be available if you’d like.
? Arrive Early for Parking
• Parking is available in all school lots.
• Plan a little extra time to park and check in.
✅ Check-In at the Joint Use Park
• Head to the west side of campus to check in before finding your spot.
• Early check-in begins at 10:45 AM. The event officially starts at 11 AM.
?‍?‍? Meet Up with Your Child
• Students will be in advisory classes, organized by grade, until 11:15 AM for easy pickup.
• After that, enjoy a relaxing picnic and special time together!
