Lunch 'n' Learn: Matzo Ball Soup

Traditionally served at Passover, this brothy soup is usually served with little or no vegetables. However, we will be making a more embellished soup with carrots, celery, and asparagus. The matzo balls are seasoned with fresh herbs, and the garlic-peppercorn stock is like a healthful spring tonic.

Is this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a DEMO class, so, sit back, enjoy the demo and eat! For our demo classes we will be limiting the number of participants. We will sit one per table, or you may purchase a double ticket and share the table with your guest (each participant will receive all materials and full servings of food).
