Lunch 'n' Learn: Enchiladas Suizas

Enchiladas Suizas means “Swiss Enchiladas” and are very similar to enchiladas verdes. The addition of Mexican crema and cheese gives this dish it’s crave-able flavor! Who doesn’t love a plate full of cheesy enchiladas!?

Is this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a DEMO class, so, sit back, enjoy the demo and eat! For our demo classes we will be limiting the number of participants. We will sit one per table, or you may purchase a double ticket and share the table with your guest (each participant will receive all materials and full servings of food).
