The $60 million redevelopment has converted a landmark structure into a 243,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility serving as Gulf Distributing’s central hub for operations, training, and distribution across the Gulf Coast.

Attendees will enjoy a guided tour of the facility, offering a firsthand look at the design, construction, and advanced technologies that power one of the most modern beverage distribution centers in the Southeast. The project also includes new controlled-temperature warehouse space, operational enhancements, and integrated design-build collaboration led by Woodward Design + Build.
