Join Army of Normal Folks for our live interview series called "Lunch & Listen" where you come watch interviews with some of the most fascinating Americans while eating lunch... quietly and cleanly :)
This "Lunch and Listen" will feature Frank Schwartz, CEO of F3 (Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith), a nationwide grassroots movement that brings men together through free, peer-led outdoor workouts, leadership development, and community. What began as a local effort has grown into the largest nonprofit men’s workout organization in the country, with nearly 1,100 weekly workouts, 600 locations, and almost 16,000 F3 brothers nationwide!
During this live interview, Oscar-winner and Army of Normal Folks host Coach Bill Courtney will sit down with Frank to discuss the origins of F3, the importance of meaningful relationships and community, and what everyday people can do to create positive change where they live.

The Memphis Listening Lab is in the east atrium of Crosstown Concourse, on the 2nd floor just above French Truck Coffee. Free street parking is available. Additional free parking can be found in the garage on the third floor and above.
