The Professional Development Committee invites you to attend the Lunch and Learn with Guest Speaker Sabrina Hernandez.
Misinformation surrounds the cases against NAR. Join us as Sabrina Hernandez, Litigation Attorney with Foulston Siefkin, peels back the layers of the cases against the National Association of REALTORS® from a litigation attorney’s perspective. Consideration will be given to the arguments presented, the evidence in support of their arguments, and how the Plaintiffs won their lawsuit against NAR, from a litigation tactics standpoint. The knowledge and legal strategies presented will show you what really happened in court, resulting in the NAR Settlement. You will leave empowered as a REALTOR® to advocate for yourself and show your worth to clients.
