Sometimes we think "I'm not good enough" which stops us from asking for that opportunity, raising our prices, and doing the things we really want to do.

Imposter syndrome will crop up a lot, whether it’s in life, your career, business. (It’s a human thing.) It also means you care, because you want to succeed.

So how can we use thoughts and beliefs to create unshakeable confidence in who we are, what we do and how we show up?

Naida is a 'professional yapper' and mindset coach guiding people to rewrite their script from "I can't" to "I CAN" and do the thing – whether it's to start a business, write a book, book a one-way flight, or run a marathon. Her approach is "living in alignment" and encouraging people to create their own personal manual of success & happiness. Her motto is: there is no "wrong" way, only the one that is "right" for you.

The Hearth is a women's space in Queen's Park (North London) where women can find room for themselves to live, work and feel better. The community of diverse women enjoy full co-working facilities, wellness treatments, a relaxing evening lounge and thoughtfully curated events.
