Lunch & Learn Series - "How To Build Capacity For Nonprofits"
About this Event
Join Taisha Rojas Parker of Public Allies Cincinnati for a conversation on what it takes to build stronger nonprofits. This session will explore how leadership, partnerships, and organizational capacity work together to strengthen organizations, support sustainability, and increase long-term community impact.
Strong nonprofits are built through more than passion; they are built through intentional investment in people, partnerships, and organizational capacity. In this Lunch & Learn, Taisha Rojas Parker, Executive Director of Public Allies Cincinnati, will guide participants through a conversation on what it truly takes to build stronger, more sustainable organizations.
Drawing from her extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, workforce development, and organizational change, Taisha will explore how nonprofits can strengthen internal systems, develop emerging leaders, and build meaningful partnerships that expand their impact in the community. The discussion will also highlight how programs like Public Allies support organizations by placing emerging professionals into nonprofits to help increase capacity and drive mission-focused work forward.
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of capacity building and leave with practical insights on how to improve collaboration, strengthen leadership pipelines, and create structures that support long-term success. This session is designed for nonprofit staff, board members, volunteers, and community leaders who are committed to growing their impact and building stronger organizations across Greater Cincinnati.
