Dane is the co-founder of Power and Love Marriage LLC, a marriage care and training organization, and Preserved International, a nonprofit dedicated to ensuring financial barriers never prevent pastors, missionaries, leaders, and counselors from receiving care. As a trained biblical care and counseling professional, Dane brings over 12 years of experience in marriage counseling, pastoral ministry, discipleship, and leadership development to help individuals and couples experience genuine healing and transformation.

Prior to entering full-time nonprofit work, Dane spent more than 20 years in the corporate sector holding various leadership and project management roles. He is the author of two books, a certified marriage facilitator, and a passionate advocate for equipping others to build healthy relationships. Dane and his wife, Paola, have been married for 20 years and reside in Texas, where they continuously witness God’s transformative work in their own marriage and family.
