Join us as we explore the practices of Radical Rest and Righteous Rest: one that disrupts the cycle of exhaustion and another that aligns us with the deeper rhythms of grace and restoration. This seminar invites you to reflect, reset, and reclaim rest as both a necessity and a spiritual practice. Ellen Velisarrios, Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, will guide us in discovering how we can cultivate rest in meaningful, sustainable, and spiritually grounded ways.
