Lunch & Learn: Managing My HIV is an interactive educational session designed to empower individuals with practical knowledge, confidence, and tools to take control of their health and well-being. This session creates a safe, judgment-free space where participants can learn, ask questions, and engage in meaningful discussion while gaining up-to-date information about HIV care.
