Lunch & Learn: LGBTQ+ History and Pride Month

June is Pride Month. It's a time for both celebration and for raising awareness around the challenges LGBTQ+ people still experience.

In this (bring your own) lunch & learn at The London Art Bar, we'll cover a number of topics:

• A look at LGBTQ+ history and what it means to be LGBTQ+
• Current issues facing the LGBTQ+ population in the UK and around the world
• and where you can learn more and do more to support and engage with LGBTQ+ communities

Doors will open at 12PM, with the 'talk' starting at 12:30PM. Tea, coffee and drinks are available for purchase from The London Art Bar team.
The event will be hosted by Gareth Lewis, host of the 'LGBTQ+ meetup at London Art Bar' group and a former Chair of the LGBTQ+ wing of a major political party.
