Lunch & Learn: Homeowner Repair - REVIVE Grant Program

Join us at Olivet Missionary Baptist Church for an in-person lunch and learn session where you'll get the all the details you need to access grant funds via the REVIVE Program designed to help homeowners with essential repairs.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR REVIVE?

Households who:

Have income at or below 80% of the HUD area median income, see below for Indianapolis MSA

• Own their home and are in title for at least the prior 6 months prior to application
• Have a mortgage, property taxes and homeowner's insurance paid current
• Can provide proof that any deed holders NOT in the household have a different address
• Have not received a grant within the prior 5 years period

UP TO $15,000

This is a GRANT - No lien is placed on your property - No repayment is required

The REVIVE Home Repair Grant Program is part of the Community Homeownership Initiatives of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBI). As a "member" of the FHLBI, Merchants Bank can access funds for eligible, qualified, homeowners to make eligible repairs to their home.

The FHLBI (the Bank) is a for-profit company with oversight by the Federal Housing Finance Agency which requires the "Bank" to set aside a percentage of their profits from the previous year for funding their community programs. Revive is one such program offered.
