Join the Women's Alliance free Lunch & Learn workshop on Thursday, November 7th from 12PM to 1PM at the Women's Center, 174 Union Street, 4th Floor, in New Bedford - please enter on Spring Street.
In this workshop Kayla will discuss communication skills, red flags, boundaries, manipulation tactics abusers use, how to advocate for yourself, and how to help others who might be in an unhealthy relationship.
Kayla graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. Kayla is the Education and Outreach Coordinator at The Women's Center overseeing workshops, trainings, and initiatives to raise awareness for Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault.
