Lunch & Learn: Bring a Lunch and Bring a Friend
Manatees are one of our most beloved lagoon residents and also one of our most imperiled. Join guest speaker, Alexa Herrendorf, FWC Marine Mammal Biologist with Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, at the Manatee Center’s monthly Lunch and Learn program on May 12th. Alexa will discuss how FWC responds to reports of distressed manatees by investigating reports from the public and implementing rescues for these animals in need of intervention.
Admission is free, so bring a lunch and bring a friend.
This event will be hosted by Fort Pierce Yacht Club at 700 N. Indian River Dr in Fort Pierce.
