Lunch & Learn: Culture Is What You Tolerate

Culture is whatever your leaders walk past every day. In this 90-minute working session for business owners, executives and team leads, we name what you've been tolerating, set the standard out loud, and build a plan to hold it. Real scenarios. You leave with a culture self-rating you can use with your team the next morning.
