Join AFP for a thoughtful Lunch and Learn with Patrick Miller, Chair of IDEA for AFP, on what it truly means to become an inclusive fundraiser. This session is inspired by the Association of Fundraising Professionals’ Accessible Fundraising Toolkit: A Guide to Becoming an Inclusive Fundraiser, created by disabled fundraising professionals to help us move from fundraising for everyone to fundraising with everyone.
Together we’ll explore how language shapes belonging, how our events and digital spaces can invite participation rather than inadvertently exclude, and how accessibility and inclusion strengthen relationships with donors and volunteers across every dimension of difference. If you are committed to fundraising that reflects the full diversity of your community from ability to background to perspective this is a must-attend workshop.
