Lunch & Learn Schedule:
- 10:00 a.m.: Arrival & Registration
- 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: Bagua & Forest Bathing with 1440 - Experience Instructor (all skill levels welcome)
- 12:30-1:30 p.m.: Lunch at Kitchen Table; sustainable, locally sourced and mindfully prepared
- 1:30 p.m.: Event Concludes & Departures
Price: $65 per person, includes lunch at Kitchen Table
Lunch Menu:
• Citrus Kiwi Salad: Mint from Joanie’s Garden, Micro Basil, Agave
• Mediterranean Bowl: Rainbow Quinoa, Baby Gem Lettuce, Fava Beans, Cucumber, Olives, Cherry Tomatoes, Harissa Labneh, Toasted Almonds, Za’atar Vinaigrette
• Pistachio Apricot Cookie: Lemon Glaze, Toasted Pistachio, Maldon Salt
Event Notes:
- The start time of the class is 10:30 a.m., and guests may check into campus up to 30 minutes before the class start to enjoy our Lodge Retail Shop, Bridge of Intentions and Common Grounds Patio.
- This is an outdoor event, held on our private campus trails.
- We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing that allows you to freely move, and bring a light jacket or layers as temperatures may be cooler beneath our redwood canopies.
- 1440 will provide any equipment or props required for this class; you are also welcome to bring your own.
- Reusable water bottles are welcome -- filtered water stations are available throughout campus.
- Kitchen Table offers ample indoor and outdoor seating, including outdoor covered seating options, to practice social distancing.
This is an 18-and-over event.
