About this Event

Come learn about winterizing your home and receive a free weatherization kit from the Energy Coordinating Agency!

Staying warm and keeping heating costs down matters even more for older adults aging with HIV. Together with the Division of HIV Health and the Mayor's Commission on Aging, we'll walk through winterization toolkits and home energy resources built for this community.

The session is at 2:30 PM. Lunch will be provided.

Entering the Building

1. Enter the Municipal Services Building (1401 JFK Boulevard | Philadelphia, PA 19102) at the front entrance on JFK Boulevard.
2. There is an ADA accessible on Arch St. When entering on Arch St., take the elevator to the Lobby (Floor "L") and continue to step #3.
3. In the lobby, check-in with the front desk security staff and let them know you are here for a presentation on the 16th Floor, with the Mayor’s Commission on Aging.
4. On the sign-in sheet, please write “MCOA” for the department you are visiting.
5. The front desk staff will hand you a Visitor’s Slip and direct you to the elevators.
6. Take the elevator to the 16th floor and head to The Innovation Lab meeting room. There will be a representative waiting by the elevators.

Getting There

The nearest transit station is located on 15th St. at Dilworth Park. Traveling on the L1/MFL/El/Blue Line, this is 15th St. Station. Travelling on the B/BSL/Orange Line, this stop is City Hall. The Municipal Services Building is located 0.1 miles from this station.

All five subway-surface trolley lines stop at 15th St. Station:
