Lunch and Learn- Ecstatic Dance

Join us for an inspiring and liberating experience of ecstatic dance. Libbie Vaughan, LCSW, will share her passion for movement—a healing practice that has transformed her life and the lives of many of her clients. She has led groups through this freeing, unchoreographed style of dance that requires no prior experience or dancing ability. Accessing something almost primal, you will be naturally transported by the music into a healing space you never knew existed.

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement; we will be dancing barefoot.
