Slip away from the office for a long lunch hour and join Tracy for a cooking demo and lunch to boot! We'll learn how to make a summer bounty galette filled with roasted summer squash, tomatoes, corn and a poblano crema. A refreshing salad dressed with a chile lime vinaigrette, and flourless Mexican chocolate cake for dessert. Take-home recipes provided. $50 per person, $45 for ODV Wine Club members. reservations required. Deadline to RSVP July 11.
