In recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month and the Week Without Violence, enCourage Advocacy Center and the YWCA Adams County have partnered to bring you a Lunch and Learn on Financial Abuse. enCourage will also present an overview of services and programs provided through the Advocacy Center.
