Come join us for a casual lunch and discussion with sociologist Melissa Osborne, Associate Professor of Sociology at Western Washington University. This in-person event will take place at the Tutt Library Event Space, Rm 201. Dr. Osborne will take questions and discuss her own experience as a first-gen, low-income student in college as well as her new book on how first-gen, low-income students navigate college at elite institutions.
