Join us on Friday, November 15, for a relaxing evening under the moonlit sky at the Woods Apothecary of Healing Arts. Lunar Rhythms honors the cyclical nature of the moon and its impact on humans through a guided experience that weaves together a sound bath, astrological themes, ritual, meditation, and tea.
Immerse yourself in waves of sound as they melt away stress and restore balance within. Listen to crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums as they harmonize your body, mind, and spirit.
The event will be held at the Woods Apothecary of Healing Arts, suite 12, in South Lake Tahoe, CA. There is free parking on site. We recommend arriving early to set up before we begin.
Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water bottle. Walk-ins are welcome.
