Take some time to honor the natural rhythms of nature. The new moon represents the darkest phase of the lunar cycle, making it the perfect time to go inward, embrace stillness, and energetically plant seeds for the future. This evening will be dedicated to creating energetic space through gentle movement and breath work, allowing you to tune into what is emerging within you.
We will explore moon rituals and meditation as opportunities for reflection and connection with your inner wisdom. The ceremony will be enhanced by sound healing, which will help clear blockages, balance your energy flow, and connect you with your body's natural wisdom.
No experience is needed. Come solo or invite friends/family!

Bring water, a yoga mat, and anything else that brings you comfort. A towel or blanket will be perfect if you don’t have a yoga mat!
