Join us for an unforgettable evening with Jason Jia, an up and coming bartender whose cocktails are as compelling as the stories they tell. With a flair for creativity, Jason draws inspiration from art, film, and diverse cultures to craft cocktails that are rich in narrative and flavor. Hailing from Shanghai, Jason weaves his heritage into each drink, incorporating ingredients from Traditional Chinese Medicine alongside locally foraged and unusual components.
Chef Cat Wang is an award-winning chef from the last season of Food Network's 'Cutthroat Kitchen.' She travelled throughout Asia, staging at some of 'Asia's 50 Best,' including Nahm, L'Effervescence, and Gaa. She has formerly worked for James Beard Award-winning Animal in Los Angeles, Michelin-starred Kin Khao and Akiko's Restaurant (Eater SF's Esssential 38). The heart of Cat's food program is to showcase exciting flavors from her worldly travels and to marry them in nuanced, playful ways. She loves featuring premium Japanese and local seafood as well as the best of California's produce. Cat is currently the Executive Chef of 5A5 inside San Francisco's premier Modernist private club.
