Step into an evening of serenity and restoration as you're guided through a meditative sound bath designed to soothe the mind, relax the body, and uplift the spirit.
Surrounded by the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments, you'll be invited to lie back, close your eyes, and surrender to the healing power of sound. These vibrations work to release energetic blockages, reduce stress, and bring you into a state of deep rest and harmony.
No experience is needed-just bring an open heart, comfortable clothing, and anything you need to feel cozy (blanket, eye mask, etc.). We have yoga mats and pillows but please feel free to bring your own.
What to Expect:
• A welcoming and tranquil space
• Guided breathwork or meditation to settle in
• 45-60 minutes of immersive sound healing
• Optional time afterward for reflection.
