The autumn equinox is a wonder filled time of sensory colour, fresh harvest and seasonal change. Join teacher Bill Eager accompanied by Juliana and Dan of Breath & Sound for an inward experience of sound, medicinal song, yin yoga, relaxation and meditation. You will be guided through a series of supportive poses, practices and meditation, all accompanied by the soothing and therapeutic sounds of crystal bowls, chimes and heart-opening live music.
