Something in the body finally lets go when you're surrounded by women who've quietly decided to stop holding it all together. This circle exists to make space for it.

Once a month, when the moon is full, we gather to come home to ourselves. The full moon has always been a time of release, of illumination, of letting what no longer serves us rise to the surface so we can gently set it down. Each month we meet under her light with a new theme and a ritual woven around it, so no two circles are ever the same and every one meets you exactly where you are.

At the heart of the evening is Life Force Activation — a gentle but potent energy transmission that awakens the vitality already alive within you. As you receive it, what has felt stuck begins to move. The body unclenches. Many women feel waves of warmth move through them, along with deep emotional release, unexpected clarity, and the quiet, full-body sense of finally being held. There's nothing to do here, and nothing to get right. You simply lie back, breathe, and let your own life force rise to meet you.

Around that, we'll move through Coherence Breathwork to settle the nervous system and open the heart, and we'll close in the kind of sisterhood connection that reminds you that you were never meant to carry any of it alone.
