Luminest Retreat Day is a gentle space to reconnect with yourself through sound, soul & sisterhood.
Together we will journey through meditation, breathwork, somatics, Angelic Reiki, journaling, creation, relaxation and beautiful healing frequencies designed to calm the nervous system and restore inner balance.
We are honoured to be joined by a wonderful live kirtan performer, creating a truly heart-opening experience throughout the day.
Delicious food and refreshments will also be provided. A nourishing, grounding menu designed to support rest, connection and gentle energy throughout your retreat day.
Whether you are completely new to spiritual wellbeing or already on your journey, this day is open to all. No expectations. No pressure. Just space to breathe, soften and simply be.
