Introducing LUMEN — Abstract Orlando's first-ever art × fine dining experience. One night. Twenty seats. An evening that doesn't exist anywhere else in Orlando.
Here's how it works: you'll pick your palette and paint your own 16"x20" canvas, guided the whole way, then move into a chef-crafted dining experience by Chef Yamil El Azar — starting with a welcome bite, moving through two composed courses, and finishing with a dessert you build yourself. Wine curated course by course by sommelier Ralph. Music low, lights lower, nothing rushed.
THE MENU
Welcome Bite — Mini Arancini: crispy risotto bites filled with Bolognese ragù, served over a delicate vodka sauce, finished with Parmesan
First Course — Burrata Canvas: fresh burrata, roasted cherry tomatoes, basil oil, balsamic pearls, Parmesan crisp
Second Course — Filet on Canvas: seared filet mignon, Parmesan potato purée, caramelized peppers, red wine reduction, herb oil
Final Experience — Create Your Own Tiramisu: mascarpone cream, espresso, Savoiardi, cocoa, and chocolate — dip, layer, and build your own dessert at the table
