Lumen is an annual, free, all-ages festival that is open to the public and run by the City of Waterloo’s Arts and Creative Industries team, Create Waterloo. The event features the work of local and international artists as they explore the interplay of light, art, and technology in installations located throughout uptown Waterloo.
Residents and community members are invited to enjoy this free outdoor festival and get thinking about our community’s public spaces and how they can transform our shared experiences.
This year's festival is sponsored by the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics, University of Waterloo, Uptown Waterloo BIA, Enova, Killam Apartment Reit, Miller Thompson and RBC Royal Bank. Thank you for supporting the arts and vibrancy of our city!
