Join us for a summer Sunday sweat session led by Lou, Pilates Instructor at Studio Zo!
This 45-minute signature mat Pilates class is beginner-friendly and designed to introduce guests to the Studio Zo method while delivering a fun, energizing, and effective full-body workout.
Studio Zo founder, Zoya Burgess, will be in attendance to welcome guests, share more about Northern Virginia's first heated mat Pilates studio with on-site childcare, and answer any questions about the studio and upcoming offerings.
After class, stick around and connect with the community while enjoying a complimentary handcrafted matcha latte or coffee from KC Coffee. This local mobile coffee cart is passionate about creating opportunities for connection, movement, and community through wellness-focused experiences that bring people together.
