Dr. Matt is a fitness instructor in the Twin Cities at Barrys Minneapolis & a chiropractor and strength and conditioning coach at The Center of Movement. Three words to describe his teaching style would be fun, inclusive and educational. His classes are form focused and high energy. In his free time he loves being outside exploring with his wife and two daughters.
