lululemon Malaysia Run Club – Hosted by lululemon The Gardens Mall

Join us on our bi-weekly Community Run with lululemon Malaysia Run Club for a fun, supportive, and energizing morning.

Designed for all levels of fitness, it will be a run clinic session hosted by our functional gym partner O-Zone Fitness, followed by a 5km run around the serene Perdana Botanical Gardens. No pressure, no timing; just an easy run focused on community and the joy of running together. Lace up and take the first step – come for the movement, stay for the conversations.

Registration & bag drop at The St. Regis KL lobby; refreshments provided after. Parking available at The St. Regis KL (RM15 flat rate after validating), or Muzium Negara MRT (we recommend taking public transport for the most convenience). If you're running late, you may head straight to the Auditorium at Perdana Botanical Gardens.

1. Warm up with dynamic stretches
2. Running technique A – Ground contact/Leg life/Arm swing
3. Running technique B (partner-assisted) – Slight lean/Core engaged/Knee drive
4. Running drills
5. Sprint game
