According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, play can significantly reduce stress and lead to improved mood and better stress management. So on October 10, we are setting up a game night for our local firefighters, to honor and celebrate their hard work and sacrifice for our local North County community.

Join us at lululemon Carlsbad for moments of fun, connection, and play you won’t find anywhere else.

When: October 10, 2024 5pm-7pm

Who: local North County firefighters

What: We’ll have a meditation led by local store ambassador Nicole Vincent, followed by a mixer and a game of chance you won't want to miss! Several winners will be gifted a pair of athletic shorts of their choosing to continue their play endeavors.
