This class, led by lululemon Berkeley ambassador, Giselle Flores, blends controlled movement, deep core work, and mindful breathing to help you build strength from the inside out. Expect smooth flows, focused form, and that satisfying Pilates burn—all in a welcoming, community-driven space. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, this class meets you where you are and helps you level up.

We will also have a special treat for those post-workout cravings as we will be partnering with Sweet Soul Matcha Bar. Sweet Soul is the perfect post-workout treat, with each matcha tea containing over 20g of protein!

Additionally, please bring your own yoga mat from home, as we are limited in our capacity to provide loaner mats.
