A high vibe and upbeat afropop experience, sprinkled with R&B and a little bit of French. Prepare to sing your hearts out and melt your worries on the dancefloor. 💫

Aiza is an Afrobop Queen on a mission to empower with her signature sound, a catchy and playful fusion of bilingual afropop and R&B. In Fall 2023, the Toronto-based songstress released her much anticipated debut album Sovereignty, which garnered over 2.5 million streams across digital platforms and remained on the !earshot national radio charts for 28 weeks, peaking at #10 in the Top 50. The project features Divinity Roxx (former musical director and bassist for Beyoncé) and its second single “Majimbo” landed in the CBC Music Top 20 charts for six weeks. While cooking up her next batch of bops, Aiza was admitted into the Recording Academy's NEXT CLASS of 2025 (Los Angeles Chapter), cementing her place as one of the rising leaders shaping the future of global music.

Multi-faceted singer, songwriter, pianist, DJ, producer, and arranger, Mira Méla is known for her unmistakably soulful R&B sound and groove-forward musical sensibility. Raised as a classical pianist before completing a jazz degree in piano, she has spent the past decade writing and performing her original music alongside some of Canada’s top musicians.

Now stepping into her next chapter, she is preparing her long-awaited debut EP for Fall ’26, a lush, live-rooted body of work featuring dozens of Toronto & Vancouver's top musicians, expansive arrangements, and equal parts reverence and reinvention. Blending live-off-the-floor recordings with carefully crafted studio production, the project draws from soul’s golden era while remaining firmly rooted in the present, reflecting her commitment to music that is deeply felt, long format, richly arranged, and unmistakably human.
