Con un objetivo y un sueño, comenzó a darle sentido a su nombre "Una Fuerza Unida De Música". Trabajando con varios artistas solistas y bandas, el equipo de marketing de Kartel Music puede ayudar a llevar a un artista a donde necesita estar. Centrándose en grabaciones en vivo y videos musicales, la nueva música lanzada por Kartel Music es muy bien aceptada por su público.
En abril de 2019, 2 amigos se juntaron con un sueño y comenzaron un sello musical sin saber qué les esperaba. Los directores ejecutivos Alfredo Becerra y Leonardo Soto, con la ayuda de un amigo, Carlos Santos. Su Primer Artista Luis R Conriquez Fue Firmado en 2019. El primer lanzamiento en vivo de Conriquez en diciembre de 2019, El Buho, ha sido una puerta abierta al gusto de los fanáticos.
