Ludo Red Tent - Women's Circle

A Red Tent creates a safe space for women to come as they are and just be. Hosted quarterly, on the new moon, this is an opportunity for women to come along, meet other women, and come home to yourself. We will start with a discussion from:

• Elizabeth Cowper, Founder/CEO of Ludo
• Geeta Sidhu-Robb, CEO & Founder Nosh Detox and 5 time winner of Entrepreneur and Businesswoman of the Year Award

(See below for Bios) and then open the circle to conversation, questions, talking, sharing and being together.

Geeta will speak on how to lead like a woman and Elizabeth will speak on how to use your feminine essence to boost your self confidence.

Drinks and nibbles will be served. Delicious food and AF drinks produced by the brilliant Fair Shot Café. The cafe with a conscience offering training and future employment to young adults with learning disabilities in the setting of a stylish high-end coffee shop in Mayfair.

Elizabeth Cowper

Elizabeth had a 25 year career in HR and was formally Global Head of Wellbeing at Tapestry, and VP HR Europe. She has worked for companies including LVMH, Harvey Nichols and Planet Organic. Elizabeth stepped out of the corporate world in 2020 to build Ludo. A company that provides tech for inclusion for women in the workplace. The first module, WoMo, was launched in 2021 and transforms the experience of maternity for women at work.

Geeta Sidhu-Robb

Geeta developed the hugely successful Nosh Detox after her son was born wtih severe food allergies, eczema, asthma and anaphylaxis and has built a formidible reputation for success in the health and nutrition industry. She retrained from a lawyer to a health & wellness coach for successful professional women. Her coaching clients describe working with her as 'transformational & life changing and credit her coaching with helping them get promotions, double revenue, manage successful IPO's and launching massive company growth.

Her motto "Change is inevitable, suffering is optional. Anything is possible. If you can see it, you can do it, if you can dream it, you can make it happen."
