Ludicrous Speed Ska Revue is a Corvallis-based ska revue band formed in 2012 by hornplayers with a deep love for the genre. Now an eight-piece, the band brings high-energyperformances built for dancing, grinning, and singing along. Pulling favorites from acrossthe ska universe - plus their own original songs - Ludicrous Speed delivers an upbeat showthat keeps the room moving from the first hit to the last.

Since the band’s conception in late 2004, The Georgetown Orbits have risen to internationalnotoriety for their soulful, modern-vintage, style of Jamaican ska and reggae music. Manyreleases from the critically-acclaimed group have earned spots in several playlists all overthe world. Their dynamic live performances have attracted audiences throughout the westernUS and Canada.The band's latest album 'Constellations' (releasing in April 2025) is a 10 song LP of soulfulska and smooth, buttery reggae sounds with King Tubby-like spacey dub effects pepperedthroughout. The songs were tracked using vintage recording equipment in an effort tocapture the vibe and aesthetic of the era of ska and reggae music that they love so much.
