Welcome to Lucid Embodiment 3 Part Mini Series! Join Naga Rising & Allison Gomer at Sakala in Denver for an immersion to explore the depths of self-awareness and embodiment.

This isn’t just a class, ceremony, or workshop... this is a carefully crafted 3-part transformational experience designed to help you slow down, drop into your body, fully return to the present self and reconnect to the voice of your soul.

Whether you are new to mindfulness practices or have been on this journey for a while, Lucid Embodiment offers something for everyone. Come as you are and be prepared to explore the realms of your consciousness in a supportive and nurturing environment.

A ritualized practice of presence, rooted in cacao and embodied learning.

We’ll begin with an educational and somatic experience to help you feel your body as you consume cacao—and explore the art of ritual as a self-love practice. Through intention-setting, guided journaling, yoga and heart-centered reflection, this class will rewire your connection to presence.

You’ll be guided through:

• 60 min: Cacao education + reflective ritual
• 30 min: Grounding embodiment yoga

You’ll leave with tools to reconnect to your heart in both personal and professional spaces.

🔥 Part 2: The Ceremony (August 31st 12:30-2pm)

A sacred soul-clearing experience to release, activate and rise.

You’ll be guided through:

• Breathwork to open your body and energy field
• Chakra Visualization to activate your energy centers
• Cord Cutting Meditation to release stuck patterns
• Sound healing to soothe your nervous system and recalibrate your frequency
• Cacao Medicine to connect you to your heart and the present moment

This ceremony invites you to shed old energetic layers and step into your next level of clarity, trust and aliveness. This is deep soul work held in a safe and loving space.

Ceremony opens powerful portals—but the real magic happens in how you return to your life afterward. Our Integration session helps you anchor the breakthroughs from Parts 1 and 2 through movement, journaling, group witnessing and nourishing connection.

You’ll be guided through:

• Somatic movement ritual: “Freedom” dance
• Sacred journal offering + altar ceremony
• Sister witnessing circles
• Integration toast with cacao, wine and nourishing bites

About Your Facilitators

Together since 2019, as a rare cousin duo, we have facilitated cacao ceremonies as an avenue to bring people together to raise the vibration of earth and connect humanity. Our mission is to create movement and open hearts through non traditional ways of healing.

Allison Gomer is a licensed psychotherapist who has transitioned out of conventional counseling and therapy, as her passion is to revamp the modern way of emotional healing. With her combined expertise in psychotherapy and ancient healing techniques, Allison infuses unique ways of healing through her nurturing energy, as your spiritual guide and facilitator.

Naga is a transformation mentor, guiding women to shift from low self-worth to unstoppable self-love and deep personal power. Through holistic approaches, proven techniques and compassionate integration, Naga helps women fully embody their confidence, cultivate self acceptance and live as their own best friend- unapologetically.But most of all she is a trailblazer, a wild woman at heart and a rebel for freedom. Naga lives in Colorado where she hosts retreats, workshops, ceremonies and more.
