Lucia's New Boyfriend - Film Festival at Hollywood Park - LA Premiere!

Santiago returns to Argentina with his wife, Ana, where they organize a dinner with friends. Moments before guests arrive, Ana confesses to Santiago that Lucia, his best friend, will be bringing her new boyfriend. Santiago is soon shocked to discover that Lucia's boyfriend is no stranger.

Director Biography - Matías De Leis Correa

Matias De Leis Correa is a film director, screenwriter, actor and producer. He was born on December 15, 1990 in Buenos Aires,Argentina. He is a founding partner of De Atar Contenidos.As a film director and screenwriter he has released two films "Convaleciente" (2021) and "Desde la última vez que nos vimos"(2023). His third feature film "El Nuevo Novio de Lucía" is a co-production with Brooma Films (Mexico) and Matchbox Films(United Kingdom).His debut feature, Convaleciente, was nominated at three festivals in Spain. At the ACTRUM FILM FESTIVAL, in Madrid, themovie won Best Director and the Audience Award for Best Feature Film. In that festival he had nominations for Best Screenplay and Best Film as well.His second film "Desde la última vez que nos vimos", a co-production with the UK, had its World Premiere in Miami at theOutShine Film Festival in its 25th Edition and then was presented at festivals in Peru, Australia, Estonia and Switzerland; with a recent national premiere in Argentina.
