Lubbock Grand Opening - Pathways to Success Retail Store and Career Resource Center

Join Goodwill for the grand opening of a new retail store and Career Resource Center. Program starts at 8:30 a.m. followed by a ribbon cutting at 9 a.m.
The Pathways to Success Project is a transformational investment in North and East Lubbock that expands access to career training, employment opportunities, and workforce development services. The location includes a new Goodwill Retail Store and Career Resource Center offering free job search assistance, career coaching, digital skills training, resume development, AI training, and financial literacy classes. Revenue generated by the retail store helps sustain these services and create opportunities for local residents.
A key component of the project is a paid internship program for Estacado High School students, providing hands-on work experience, leadership development, and job skills training that help prepare young people for future careers.
