Open only to students who have attended Level 1 or have previous martial arts training. This is a deeper martial dive into Lua.
Dress in comfortable loose clothing; martial arts uniforms work great.

More than a martial art, Lua is a comprehensive system that fosters innovative perspectives, novel modes of being, and a heightened sense of mindfulness in modern life. Once believed lost to the passage of time, this enigmatic Hawaiian martial tradition encompasses far more than mere combat skills.
Join Kumu Lua Ramsay as he imparts and showcases fundamental principles, concepts, and applications of this distinctive cultural combat system.
Kumu Ramsay, the Po’o or head instructor of the Kaihewalu Lua Family System in Hawaii, boasts extensive training under various kupuna, Hawaiian elders, accumulating almost 50 years of martial arts expertise. He also notably served as the Lua technical advisor and stunt performer for the popular series Hawaii Five-0.
