Coming soon, LRB (Loren's Rugby Battle) Challenge in late September. My Birthday is September 23rdIt’s a one mile interval run worth $175.
Here’s how it work:
Location Tempe high school Arizona
Date: last Wednesday Sept. 29 between 6:00- 7:00 pm depends on sundown time.
What: Run up down the east bleacher steps then one lap around the track back to the steps and repeat 4 times with a 2 minute break in between each lap.
What: $100 -1st. $75-2nd. $50-3rd places.
How To win : your time must be under 15:00 minutes.
