Planning for the future is an important step in protecting ourselves and our loved ones. This talk will explain the key differences between a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) and a Will, and how each document can help in different situations.
Participants will learn what an LPA can do, what a Will covers, and the limitations of both. The session is suitable for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents who wish to understand how to make better decisions for family care, asset planning, and future arrangements.
The speaker, Martin Tang, is a registered Estate and Succession Practitioner with Precepts Legacy Pte Ltd since 2011. He has helped more than 500 individuals and families prepare LPA, Will and Trust matters over the past 13 years.
